What is Ayurveda?
The name Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit words, “Ayur” meaning span of life or longevity, and “Veda” meaning knowledge or Science. In other words, Ayurveda means “Science of Life” or “The Knowledge of Life” that teaches us to live life in a true and natural balance.
What is Panchakarma Treatment ?
Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after lubricating it. Panchakarma are 5 (five) in number; hence the term PANCHA (five) – KARMA (procedures). Panchakarma treatment is unique in the sense that it includes preventive, curative and promotive actions for various diseases.
Who Can Undergo Panchakarma treatment?
People with age of 12 or above can undergo this panchakarma treatment.It is a purification therapy that correct health issues people with certain illness as well as a nourishing treatment so can be used for rejuvenation and relaxation purpose also.
